Gent Station is a barbershop in Bahrain that wanted a flexible loyalty program they could use with different types of clients. We helped them design a full set of professional loyalty and reward cards, each with clear benefits, terms, and conditions that match specific customer needs. The collection includes a stamp card for massage sessions, a special corporate membership card for DHL staff, two reward cards for massage packages (one with massage only and one with massage plus haircut), and a separate discount card offering 20% off visits. Our work covered the program structure, card concepts, and the written rules, so every card is easy for customers and staff to understand and use.
The massage stamp card rewards clients with one free massage after collecting stamps from paid massage sessions, with no expiry limits on stamps or rewards. The DHL membership card gives corporate staff fixed discounts on services and products during the active membership period. The two massage package reward cards offer hours of massage (and, in one card, a bundle of haircuts and beard trims) combined with percentage discounts on products and extra services. Finally, the 20% discount card provides a simple way to give loyal customers ongoing savings, with clear rules around non-transferability and no cash exchange.
