About Project

96 Degrees is a popular coffee shop in Bahrain that wanted a simple loyalty program to keep their regular customers coming back. They joined our loyalty program service and set up a stamp card designed specifically for coffee lovers. Customers collect one stamp for every purchase, and after gathering 6 stamps, they receive a free drink of their choice. The card has no expiry limit, and stamps automatically reset when a customer completes a new cycle. Our role was to guide them through the platform setup, help them design the card to match their brand, configure the rules and conditions, and train their team on how to manage and use the stamp card with customers.
